In this role, you will be part of Foxway's IT function.

Tasks
As an expert Business Analyst, you take lead on helping our project community and organisation move towards best practices in BA practices. You will work with Foxway's core systems used across numerous countries for operational business. These systems handle various functions including accounting, invoicing, purchasing, orders and logistics amongst others. Your core focus will be to capture business requirements, conduct analysis and determine how processes operate in order to develop solutions.

You will work across the breadth from vendors and developers to end users who will help you with the technical prerequisites for the solutions you develop. You take a proactive role inwith your customers who, don’t yet not know what they don’t know, to coach and lead them so that you both perform your respective roles in the process.

You goals is to identify solutions that are streamlined and automate your colleagues' everyday life. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to be involved in projects that are connected to multiple other work stream and going forward there is also the opportunity for more responsibility in managing and planning future development.

Your Profile

• Five or more years experience as a Business Analyst

• Sociable and good a stakeholder management

• You dare to care

• Strong communication skills

• Able to identify and priorities risks related to requirements

• Understand business challenges and priorities
