Instructions
This high level change impact assessment is best use at the business case stage to estimate the size of the impact for the purpose of determining budget for change resources.
Simply enter the number in column D that burst corresponds to the applicable measure for your initiative to calculate the total average.
The application of the total average needs to be applied to your specific organisational context, for example a common application:
Score of 1 = 0.5 FTE
Score of 2 = 1.0 FTE
Score of 3 = 1.5 FTE
Score of 4 = 2.0 FTE
