Tomas is a senior Senior Agile Coach with almost 25 years of experience from the software development area. He has been promoting agility and been truly passionate about improving, learning, listening and leading since 2007. Tomas has a huge agile toolbox and a personality naturally suited for coaching and servant leadership. He has lead and supported agile transformations since 2010 (a Lean/Kanban journey at Fara in Norway and agility using the SAFe framework at the Swedish Tax Administration for example), but what Tomas wants most of all is to be close to “where it all happens” – the teams.
